Tom Mollsen, PT, ATC, CWCE
 Tom Mollsen has over 16 years of comprehensive rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries as a licensed physical therapist, licensed atheltic trainer, and certified massage therapist.  A graduate of Midwestern University's Masters Program in physical therapy, Tom has served as the director of therapy services at AOMS since 2004.  Prior to attending physical therapy school, Tom served as the head athletic trainer at Elmhurst College for 9 years.  In this capacity, Tom managed the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports specific injuries in addition to conducting sports enhancement and work conditioning programs.  Tom also performs Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) using the Matheson program.

Dipa Dungarani, OTR/L 
 Dipa Dungarani has over 8 years of experience in hand therapy as a licensed occcupational therapist, specializing in neuromuscular and musculoskeletal diagnoses of the shoulder, elbow, and wrist both pre- and post- operatively.  Dipa graduated from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1992 as an occupational therapist.  Since then she has become proficient in splinting, manual lymphatic drainage massage, and rehabilitation by using a holistic approach where psychological, social, and occupational components of an individual's life are equally as important as the physical component.

 

Mary Anne Dykstra, OTR/L

Mary Dykstra earned her degree from the College of Saint Catherine in Minnesota.  She has been a therapist for over 5 years with experience in treating patients in the specialty areas of hands, burns, orthopedics/trauma, neurology, lymphedema, chronic pain, and orthotics.  She has treated in a variety of settings from inpatient/outpatient at the county hospital, summer camps, and outpatient clinics.  Mary treats patients with a comprehensive approach assuring that patients can return to their daily lives at the highest capacity.

Lindsay Sheinman, DPT

Lindsay Sheinman is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from Indiana University with her B.S. in Kinesiology.  She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University.  Lindsay has had experience working in both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic physical therapy environments.  During the summer of 2005, she trained alongside the head physical therapist at the University of Florida in Gainesville.  Other clinical affiliations have included the orthopedic trauma unit at John S. Stroger Cook County Hospital and Ingalls Memorial Hospital.  Lindsay’s main interest is orthopedic physical therapy and sports rehabilitation.
